Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

A traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley and a hint of mint. The herbs and citrus zest are typically crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. 

Suggested Olive Oil and Balsamic Combinations

18 year-aged traditional balsamic, 12 year-aged balsamic, Black Cherry balsamic, Fig balsamic, Red Apple balsamic, Strawberry balsamic, & Raspberry balsamic, Oregano balsamic, Jalapeno balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic, Violet balsamic, and Pomegranate balsamic vinegars.

Suggested Meats: Pork, Poultry, Waterfowl, Fish, Seafood

Suggested Veggies: All leafy greens, roasted/grilled peppers, potatoes, asparagus, broccoli.
