Everyone raves about this mix ! Customers also like to combine it with Our popular Best Garlic Butter mix (2 tablespoons of bruschetta mixed with 1 tablespoon of Best garlic butter). Top breads, crackers, toast. Mix into Hamburg for the best meatballs, meatloaf, casseroles, stews, or mix with one of Our Vine and Grind Pastas. Soften mix with 3 tbsp. water. Wait 10 minutes until softened. Add 1/4 cup of Vine and Grind Olive oil. Toast thick bread slices, then spread a small amount on each slice. sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan. To make Dip: Mix package with 3 tbsp.water to soften, wait 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of Vine & Grind's Olive oil. Customers also enjoy Bruschetta mix with diced tomato and sliced onion. Use Bruschetta mix in this manner as a seasoning. Recipe: one medium diced tomato, 3-4 slices diced red onion, 1/4 cup Vine and Grind's Favorite Balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup Vine & Grind olive oil, 1/2 package of softened Bruschetta mix. Mix all ingredients, let sit and spoon on your favorite toasted bread. Can also be mixed with 1 cup Mayo and 1 cup sour cream for an incredible dip. refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
