Umeboshi plums have been used for centuries in Asia, specifically Japan, China, and Korea. With notes of floral golden-ripe Japanese plums and apricot. The literal Japanese translation is “dried plums". Revered as an alkalizer and digestive aid, umeboshi help maintain acid/alkaline balance.
