Product description

Las Nubes beans are hand-picked by co-op members and their families at the perfect time for harvesting, between June and September. They are de-pulped by individual farmers in the San Ignacio region of Cajamarca, Peru and fermented in wood tanks to amplify the coffees distinct flavor and smell. After, they are dried in the sun and rested for 1 month before being exported to the USA. These beans are our most popular but not roasted as long, therefore making it our choice for light roast.
